Q: How do I book an appointment with Steps Psychology?
A: Fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page and leave your communication details in it and one of us will get back to you soon!
Q: Where do I have the therapy sessions?
A: We do our therapy sessions at our office at Raamweg 4 in the Hague and also online. On certain occasions, we also work in home or school environments.
Q: Can I claim my expenses at Steps Psychology with my insurance?
A: Our sessions are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurance providers. However, if you have international insurance, you may be eligible for coverage. We recommend checking directly with your provider to confirm your specific benefits.
Q: How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
A: Once an appointment is made, you may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance by phone or e-mail. After that time, a no-show fee is applicable.
Q: What are the costs of consultation?
A: The first consultation over the phone is free of charge. Please get in touch with us to know the costs of subsequent visits.
Q: In what languages can I speak with the psychologist?
A: We offer therapy sessions in English and Greek.
