Q: How do I book an appointment with Steps Psychology?
A: Fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page and leave your communication details in it and one of us will get back to you soon!

Q: Where do I have the therapy sessions?
A: We do our therapy sessions at our office at Raamweg 4 in the Hague, Utrecht and also online. On certain occasions, we also work in home or school environments.
INSURANCE
Q: Can I claim my expenses at Steps Psychology with my insurance?
A: If you have international insurance, it is possible that you may be eligible for reimbursement, but we advise you to check directly with your provider.

Q: In what languages can I speak with the psychologist?
A: We offer therapy sessions in English and Greek.
RESCHEDULE / CANCEL
Q: How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
A: Once an appointment is made, you may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance by phone or e-mail. After that time, a no-show fee is applicable.
COSTS
Q: What are the costs of consultation?
A: The first consultation over the phone is free of charge. Please get in touch with us to know the costs of subsequent visits.
