COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help people of all ages, including children, teens and young adults. CBT focuses on how thoughts and emotions affect behaviour. CBT is a form of talk therapy designed to help people recognize unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and learn how to change them. It focuses on changing dysfunctional beliefs and behaviours through a variety of cognitive, behavioural, and emotional techniques.

PLAY THERAPY AND CREATIVE ARTS
Play therapy is a powerful means of joining with the innate, creative, and non-verbal capacities of children in order to engage and work therapeutically with them. In play therapy, children can play out, literally and/or metaphorically, their inner and real-life experiences in a way that builds insight and capacity. It allows children to express, regulate, communicate, practise, and master new skills as well as their emotional responses. Play therapy and creative arts therapy can be a great tool also for adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues and more.

SYSTEMIC FAMILY AND COUPLES THERAPY
Systemic family and couples therapy can help individuals, families, and couples improve mental health issues of individuals, communication within the family, and relationships. Family therapy views problems and issues as patterns or dynamics that occur within the family unit. The primary goal is to address these patterns and help individuals understand and change behaviors that contribute to issues or conflicts. It is a versatile psychotherapeutic approach that examines issues within family or relationship systems, emphasizing interconnectedness.

ONLINE THERAPY
Online psychotherapy helps adolescents and young adults overcome mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, homesickness, and family issues. It offers flexibility in terms of time and scheduling even for people who live in a different area or city, or have a physical disability, or simply prefer the convenience of receiving therapy from their own home. It fosters a comfortable and confidential space for individuals to openly explore and address their concerns.

AUTISM SERVICES
Children with ASD can develop social skills, play skills, emotional awareness, and communication, through Play therapy, Music therapy, social stories, and Autism-based interventions such as Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
