Konstantina Markopoulou
Psychologist
"My goal is to give guidance to people to develop their skills and their strengths in multiple settings"
My name is Konstantina and I am a psychologist. I obtained a Psychology Degree from the University of Crete, Greece. Then I moved to the Netherlands for my Master's in Clinical Psychology specializing in Youth, from Utrecht University. Being an expat brought challenges, but I saw it as a chance to develop myself both personally and professionally.
I've dedicated myself to getting trained in various psychological approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Family-Couples Therapy, and Applied Behaviour Analysis. My goal is to provide personalized support, recognizing that everyone is unique.
I have worked as a psychologist in Greece and the Netherlands in different settings including mental health centers, international schools, centers for children with special needs/autism, and privately for online and face-to-face sessions for university students/young adults. In my career, I follow a client-centered and compassionate approach, avoiding a one-size-fits-all mentality. I believe in tailoring my methods to meet the specific needs of each person I work with.

Beyond work, I explore diverse cultures, meet people from all over the world, learn languages, and engage in Improvisation theatre. This does not only help me express myself but also deepens my connections with people. My curiosity and open-mindedness enrich my professional practice, enabling me to understand better and relate to my clients.
I'm here to provide a safe and compassionate journey for you toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
